Cheryl Dawson will be presenting a demonstration and talk on dyeing fiber with mushrooms at York County’s Richard Nixon County Park https://yorkcountypa.gov/693/Richard-Nixon-Park.

She will discuss the use of mushrooms to make dyes with which one can dye certain types of fiber. During the talk, she will be demonstrating the actual dyeing process. She will also have available to view a selection of items she has created from the fibers she has dyed using mushrooms.
